Custom Handmade Wood Pens
At D&J Wood Designs, we offer many different styles of custom handmade wood pens including Fountain , RollerBall and BallPoint pens. Each style features different plating options for you to select from and wide variety of exotic woods we have selected from all over the world. You can choose to "Design Your Own" by ordering the plating and wood combination that fits your specific needs. We will then handcraft your pen and ship directly to your door. You can also select from one of the many writing instruments that we have in stock, ready to ship.Our handmade pens stand far above others you may find in every aspect. The process starts by selecting the highest quality components and woods used to make our pens. We utilize digital calipers while individually hand turning the wood to final dimensions to provide the most accurate sizing instead of turning using sizing bushings. We also use our own unique finishing process that provides a hard, durable finish instead of just applying a polish to the wood. Our manufacturing process is more time consuming and much more difficult than others, but we refuse to cut any corners in providing you the best handmade wood pens available.
